About the Program
Squash BC’s Squash in Schools program brings the exciting world of squash directly into elementary schools across British Columbia. Designed for Grades 2–7, the program offers a fun, engaging, and flexible lesson plan that teaches students fundamental squash skills while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for physical activity.
After a successful 2024-25 season introducing squash to over 4,000 students across Vancouver, Richmond, North Vancouver, and even the Kootenays, we’re thrilled to expand the program for the 2025-26 school year!
Our experienced instructors make sessions inclusive and accessible, ensuring every student can succeed—whether they’ve played a racquet sport before or are picking one up for the first time.

What Teachers Are Saying
“The students were engaged throughout the whole session and enjoyed playing squash for the first time! The coaches did a great job of breaking down the skills so that all students felt successful.”
– Sir Charles Kingsford Smith Elementary
“Participating in the Squash BC program at our school has been an incredible experience. The coaching was excellent! As a racquet sport, our students enjoyed trying something new and different than tennis or pickleball, and I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to have their students try out squash.”
– Lord Nelson Elementary
