What is the Community Champions Program?
The Community Champions Program is designed to create more squash activity and engagement through regular, sustainable programming in squash clubs across British Columbia.
Through this program, Squash BC supports facilities in growing and enhancing their capacity to host ongoing squash programs, activities and events. By empowering passionate squash players or facility program staff, we’re building a network of local leaders who can:
- Launch 4–8 week squash programs for beginners and returning players
- Foster sustainable squash engagement at their clubs or facilities
- Build local capacity to support future programming, activities, and events
- Strengthen the sense of community through social and on-court activities
This is the next evolution of our Roving Ambassadors Program, with an even greater focus on mentorship, resources, long-term impact, and increased local capacity.
Only Squash BC Facility Members may access the Community Champions Program.
