Major League Updates for 2025/26

Squash BC would like to thank all participants who completed the 2024/25 league feedback form and club pros who attend the summer planning meeting, which helped us adapt some major changes for the upcoming 2025/26 VSL season.

  • Return to a single full calendar season instead of a Fall & Winter season
  • New Adult Only (18+) division playing Tuesday evenings
  • Junior eligibility increasing players minimum age from 13 to 15 years of age
  • New officiating requirements for teams

2025/26 Vancouver Squash League Key Dates

  • Early Bird Registration Deadline: August 29 @ Noon

  • League Registration Deadline: September 5 @ Noon

  • Division Alignment Sent to Club Pros: September 9

  • Draft League Schedule Posted: September 15

  • Proposed League Start Date: September 29/30 (subject to change depending on number of teams in division)

  • Team Registration Payment Due Date: October 8

  • League Holiday Break: December 15/16 to January 5/6

  • 2025/26 Finals Night: April 13/14

VSL Team Registration

The 2025/26 VSL Registration process will be the same as previous seasons where clubs can register teams individually or in bulk. This season we have added an Early Bird Registration to allow us to get a head start on scheduling and division alignment for the upcoming season. Once Squash BC has received confirmation from the club or team for the upcoming season, the team will be provided with a Club Locker link to add your team rosters to support your division placement for the upcoming season.

  • Early Bird Registration Fee: $500 + GST – August 29 @ Noon

  • Regular Registration Fee: $600 + GST – September 5 @ Noon

Clubs or Team Captains will receive invoices for League Registration following the registration deadline, with payments being due Wednesday, October 8.

Clubs Registering Teams

Clubs registering multiple teams can use the following Excel document to submit their club teams registration for an easier submission. Please indicate if you are signing up any specific team(s) for the New Tuesdays Adult Only Division. Once completed, please submit your Club’s registration information to competitions@squashbc.com.

Individual Team Registration

Individual Teams can use the following VSL Single Team Registration Form to register for the upcoming VSL 2025/26 Season. Please contact your Club Pro or Admin staff if you are unsure which registration option you fall under.
