Thank You for Joining our 2025 Annual General Meeting: Celebrating Progress, Community, and the Future of Squash in BC.

Squash BC was proud to host our Annual General Meeting on July 5, 2025, welcoming members from across the province to listen in live, cast their votes, and engage with updates from the Squash BC Board, Squash Canada, and Squash BC staff. Thank you to everyone who attended, voted, and showed their ongoing support for our mission to grow, promote, and support the sport of squash in British Columbia.

The AGM included an overview of milestones from the past season, a presentation of key performance metrics, and a formal board election. We celebrated our 2024 Service Award Winners, individuals whose dedication to the sport and our community continues to inspire. A heartfelt congratulations to all of our recipients!

We are pleased to share that the following Directors were re-elected to the Board for two-year terms:

  • Chris El-Araj
  • Diana Chang
  • Iyeba Maclayton
  • Nathan Ozog

We are grateful for their time and dedication and look forward to the continuity in leadership they bring, especially after a year of significant transitions among both staff and Board members.

In conjunction with the AGM, Squash BC is proud to release our 2025 Annual Report, which reflects on the progress we’ve made since launching our 2023-28 Strategic Plan. This comprehensive document highlights our growth, key achievements, and the metrics that are shaping the future of squash in BC.

The 2024-25 season marked a continuation in growth in participation, competition, and revenue. Our report shows that our core metrics, guided by the Strategic Plan, are trending upwards across the board:

  • Grassroots participation increased by 45%
  • Digital marketing audience increased by 6%
  • Revenue growth increased by 16%

We believe this growth is a testament to the strategic focus, alignment, and community collaboration. Thank you for helping make it all possible.
