Registration for the 2023 Early Bird is now open!
The tournament runs from Thursday September 28th to Sunday October 1st and will be held at the Vancouver Racquets Club – 4867 Ontario St, Vancouver, BC V5V 3H4.
Tiered Single Divisions
- Tiered singles divisions will be mixed gender and max 8 player draws (with full playdowns for 3 matches scheduled for each entrant).
- Each tiered division will be created based solely on Club Locker ratings.
Doubles Divisions
- Open – Open to any 2 player team combos regardless of gender.
- Mixed – Must include 1 player of each gender.
- Women’s – Must comprise of 2 women.
- Divisions will be created based on number of registrants.
Players may register for both a singles and doubles division!

Sign up deadline is Thursday, September 21st at 5pm. Entry fee is $70 + GST.
