The holidays are a time for reflection, for rest, and for revitalization. It is a time to spend with family and friends celebrating together over meals and at gatherings, and participating in festive activities in the community.
It is a time when are bodies need a short break from the squash court to either heal tired muscles or to build some additional strength as we prepare for the next five months of the season. This time of recuperation not only helps our bodies, it helps reinvigorate our mindset. It helps us to reset and revisit our goals; in sport, in business, with our families, and in our communities.
