Upcoming Community Coaching Courses

Squash BC is committed to supporting our members across the province looking to start their coaching careers or even looking at helping with grassroots programming within their communities. Squash BC is partnering with Squash Canada to host 4 Community Squash Instructor Courses across the province this fall.

The Community Squash Instructor Course and the Multi-sport modules (NCCP Make Ethical Decisions course and NCCP Coach Initiation in Sport eLearning) provide all the training necessary to help introduce the fundamentals of squash to beginners of all ages. By becoming a ‘Trained Community Squash Instructor’ you may assist Certified Coaches in your club or local community (ie. school teams, grassroots programming, beginner clinics etc.).

This course is geared towards club volunteers, recreational players, teachers, older juniors, or parents who do not coach full-time but would like to learn the basic skills of squash instruction at the grassroots level.

Community Squash Instructor Course – Nelson
