Squash BC is excited to open registration for the 2025/2026 Vancouver Women’s Squash League season!

2025/26 Vancouver Women’s Squash League Key Dates

  • Team Registration Deadline: September 17 @ Noon
  • Draft League Schedule Posted: September 24
  • Proposed League Start Date: 
    • Season Opener Social: September 30
    • First League Game: October 7
  • Team & Individual Registration Payment Due Date: October 8
  • League Holiday Break: December 9 or 16 to January 6 (depending on the number of teams and division)
  • 2025/26 Wrap Up Night: April 14

* Please note that the league start date is subject to change depending on the number of teams registered.
** Games will be played on Tuesdays.
*** Divisions: Teams will be placed in divisions based on the Club Locker ranking of team members.

Registration Methods

VWSL is a team-based singles squash league, and there are three ways to register: 

Individual Registration

Individual Registration: You can sign up as an individual to be a regular player now or as a spare on Club Locker. You will need to identify your affiliated club. Not affiliated with a club? Not a problem! Sign up as unaffiliated on the sign-up page and the VWSL Coordinator will assist in finding you a team to play on. (Bonsor players please check out the Bonsor Team Registration section). 

Spare List: You can sign up to be a spare for the season on Club Locker and play up to 4 matches throughout the season (Oct-Apr). After your fourth match, you will have to upgrade your registration to a regular player. Note: Spare Players still must have a Full Squash BC membership.

Registration Fees

  • Full Season: $75.00 + GST
  • Spare List: $40.00 + GST (Must upgrade after fourth match)

Clubs Registering Teams

Team Registration: If your club pays for its players to register as a team, your Club Administrators/Pros or Captain will register you by emailing the Competitions Coordinator at competitions@squashbc.com. Reach out to your Club Admin to confirm whether your club has team registration. Teams will then be allocated to Divisions based on their line-up of players.

Registration Fees

  • Full Season: $500 + GST (registration allows up to 10 players)
  • Additional Player Fee after 10: $45/player + GST

Note: Individual registration fees must be paid before players can play in the league. Bonsor teams have a different registration model; please read the Bonsor VWSL Team Package for more information.

Bonsor Team Registration

Bonsor Team Registration: For more information regarding the Bonsor Team Registration, please read the Bonsor VWSL Team Package. If you are interested in registering a Bonsor Team for the 25/26 season, please use this VWSL Bonsor Team Registration Form or email competitions@squashbc.com.

Once Squash BC has received confirmation from the club or team for the upcoming season, the team will be provided with a Club Locker link to add their team rosters to support your division placement for the upcoming season. 

Note: All players must be full Squash BC members throughout the duration of the season

What’s included in the League Registration Fees?

  • Each team will be provided with 2 boxes of Dunlop Pro (double dot) balls. One for each half of the season
  • Squash BC sanctioning fees and insurance for all players 
  • League Coordinator provided by Squash BC, who is responsible for:
    • Creating a league schedule
    • Communicating with club admin, club reps, captains and players regarding all league matters
    • Ensuring matches scores are entered
    • Assisting with VWSL related Club Locker issues
    • Assisting with Team & Individual Registration
  • Season Opener Social and Wrap Up Social are included with the league fee
