Squash BC is excited to announce that the 2025 Silver Series Finals will take place at the Vancouver Squash Academy/River Club in Richmond between May 24th and 25th. A total of 80 juniors will qualify for the Finals, with representation from the top 40 athletes in the Silver Series Point Race from the Island and Mainland standings. This season has already seen 240 juniors compete in a Silver Series competition Brian Tao currently leads the Island standings, and Angela Yan leads the Mainland Standings. Qualification

The top 40 juniors from both the Island and Mainland Silver Series Point Race standings as of April 30th, 2025 will qualify to participate in this year’s Silver Series Finals. Spots will go to the next highest ranked athletes until all 80 spots are filled for the tournament. Juniors can register on the 2025 Silver Series Finals Webpage to secure your spots today. 

Tournament Format 

Players will be placed into draws based on their Club Locker Rating where the divisions will be split over the two days with half of the athletes competing on Saturday and the remaining athletes playing their matches on Sunday. All juniors will be battling for the double point bonus at the Finals to secure their spot on the Silver Series Champions Plaque. 

How do Silver Series Points Work? 

Participants will earn points towards the Silver Series Point Race based on their placement in their draw. Players will count their best 5 events during the season towards their race score. The leaderboard will be displayed on the Squash BC Silver Series webpage
