Squash BC Welcomes Lialah Mavani and Kiyan Dhanani to the Team!

Welcome Lialah Mavani and welcome back Kiyan Dhanani to the team! Lialah joins Squash BC as the new Sports Coordinator, while Kiyan rejoins as the Marketing and Partnerships Coordinator.

Lialah is a History student at McGill University who is passionate about squash and keeping an active lifestyle. Lialah has been a part of the Squash BC community for a long time, having played squash since she was eight years old. Lialah was a high performance junior at Evergreen Squash Club, making her experience in junior squash and in the Squash BC community a major asset. Lialah has continued her squash career through to university as she is currently playing on the McGill Women’s Squash Team. She also has experience coaching squash and has most recently coached recreational programs at McGill University. Lialah is excited to join the Squash BC team, bringing along her passion for squash and experience in the squash world.

Kiyan is a recent Marketing graduate from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia who is passionate about sports, active lifestyles, and working with ambitious teams. Kiyan has been a part of the Squash BC community for many years, having been a squash player since the age of seven. He was part of the competitive Junior Development system at Evergreen Squash Club and has been around the sport his whole life, making his familiarity with the people and systems a great asset. He has also previously coached squash and continues to play as a current member at Evergreen. Kiyan is super excited to continue his work in the sports industry by leveraging his squash knowledge and previous experience with Squash BC.
