Squash BC is thrilled to share that this year, we will be delivering our second-annual Women in Squash: Leadership Conference alongside the Richardson Wealth Women’s PSA Open at the Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club. The tournament is taking place from March 6-10, 2024. All Conference sessions will take place on Saturday, March 9, 2024. We believe this exciting delivery partnership will enhance both the conference – by including PSA sessions alongside scheduled programming – and the tournament – by bringing more female participation to the event. Squash BC thanks the Vancouver Lawn for their partnership.
The Richardson Wealth Women’s PSA Open has an incredible roster of top-level players booked to compete for the $15k USD prize pool, including top-50 stars like BC’s Nicole Bunyan. Local wildcard spots were also won by Ocean Ma, Spring Ma, and Alex Toth. The event will also feature amateur singles and doubles draws across a variety of categories.
Conference attendees will be treated to a series of engagement sessions throughout the weekend, all focused on Women in Squash. These may include keynote speakers, panel discussions, and interactive workshops. A full conference program will be released soon. All conference activities will be scheduled around PSA and Women’s Amateur Draw matches, so attendees can catch all the top-level action and also play the event!
Any women who register for the tournament will get free entry to all conference programming. As well, any conference-only attendees will be invited to attend the Saturday evening social. Register for this incredible dual-event using the links below:
