Squash BC is thrilled to release our 2023-28 Strategic Plan. The plan refreshes Squash BC’s Mission, Vision, and Values, while focusing our work on three identified Strategic Priorities:
- Grow & Promote Our Sport
- Support & Engage Our Community
- Develop & Protect Our Infrastructure
The plan includes ambitious but achievable targets across identified key metrics in each priority. It also establishes the foundation Squash BC needs to be a sustainable and effective organization.

Our 2023-28 Strategic Plan was created through a Board and Staff Subcommittee and took into account community and stakeholder feedback. Our Board of Directors approved the 2023-28 Strategic Plan in October 2023.
