Last week the region’s doubles players took to the courts to compete in the Western Canadian Doubles Championships. From November 23-28, 2021, 54 teams competed in Men’s, Women’s, Mixed, and Masters categories at a variety of levels. Evergreen Squash Club hosted the event with support from the Vancouver Racquets Club, Hollyburn Country Club, and the Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club.
Squash BC thanks Tournament Directors Cathy Covernton and Thomas Brinkman, as well as their volunteer support team, for putting forth such a strong iteration of the event on its return from the offseason. The event was sponsored by R&B Brewing and Promosapien.
