Josh Heuving joined the Squash BC Team in 2020 as our Program Coordinator. In 2023, after several successful seasons with the organization, Josh was promoted into our Sport Development Manager role. Josh oversees our program development and delivery across grassroots, competitions, high performance, and more.
Josh brings experience from both provincial and community sport organizations to our organization. His past roles have focused on program planning, event management, coaching and officiating, competitions, and policy development. Josh also works as a provincial-level soccer match official and is working towards his national referee certification. He supports soccer referee development in BC and Ontario.
Josh is a graduate of Humber College’s Sport Management and Fanshawe College’s Business-Accounting programs. Josh’s athletic background includes competitive soccer, hockey, and athletics (distance running). While studying at Humber and Fanshawe, he was a member of their varsity cross-country teams. He helped lead Fanshawe to 4 CCAA National and 4 OCAA Provincial medals.
