Iyeba has been a dedicated squash enthusiast for over 17 years, beginning her journey in Nigeria. After relocating to Canada, she joined the Vancouver Women’s Squash League and now serves as the Bonsor Division 2 Co-Captain. Her passion for the sport remained strong, even through various breaks due to her schedule.
Professionally, Iyeba is the Operations Support Manager at Lafarge Canada Inc., with a strong background in operations management and sustainability. Her career is marked by a commitment to safety, quality assurance, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. With degrees in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Science, and certifications in Project Management and Six Sigma, Iyeba is dedicated to advancing sustainable construction practices.
Iyeba is excited to bring her passion for squash and professional expertise to the Squash BC Board. She looks forward to collaborating with fellow board members to drive the growth and success of squash in British Columbia. Iyeba is particularly eager to see more new immigrant families start playing the game of squash as a way to help them network, build community, discover their talent, and spread the reach of squash in BC.
