Congratulations to Squash BC member Sandra Thompson of Jericho Tennis Club who has been elected as the new Squash Canada President over the weekend during the Squash Canada AGM. Sandra recently served as a Director at Large on the Board of Directors for Squash Canada since 2016 and was re-elected in 2019. She has been heavily involved with the Canada Winter Games as well as the Singles Officiating Committee and Screening Committee to name a few. Sandra is a former Squash BC Board member chairing the Player Development Committee. She has made a huge impact on squash across the province, and we look forward to her new initiatives as the President of Squash Canada.
